FAQ Outline:

1. How long before I get my order?
A. Delivery times may vary depending on the type of delivery service chosen at checkout & also your location.

2. What if my item never arrives?
A. If your item does not arrive within the expected delivery window, please contact us to investigate the situation.

3. What if my order arrives damaged?
A. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us to arrange a replacement or refund. Note that shipping fee won’t be refunded only the product damaged in the order.

4. If I change my mind can I cancel the order?
A. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may not be accepted after the order has been shipped.

5. If I want to return, how does it work?
A. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. shipping fee of returning order is at your expenses. 

6. What are my delivery options?
A. We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard & express delivery. We have 3 shipping carrier that we are doing business which is Canada Post, UPS & Purolator.
